Jeffrey Kennedy, a native of St. Paul Minnesota relocated to Florida
in 1999 hoping for a better life and a warmer climate. After meeting
his wife Sharon, the two were married in April of 2002 on the Palm
Beach Princes.
Jeffrey was the owner of a Collection and Locating Agency until the
chronic pain and prescribed opiates became unbearable. Unable to
keep his mind on the business, he was forced to close the doors.
He has 2 brothers and a Sister who continue to reside in Minnesota.
Coming from a typical broken home, Jeffrey's parents divorced in his
early childhood. He has 2 daughter's Jennifer Anne and Stacy Dawn as
well as 3 grandchildren.
He has never exposed his grandchildren to his Medical Marijuana use.
In the past year since his arrest Jeffrey has become extremely
depressed and has lost a lot of weight as a result. All he can think
about is the charges that have been brought against him by the State
of Florida and how unjust and un compassionate the system is when his
sole purpose was to manage his painful neuropathy. Instead he's been
charged with trafficking.
Jeffrey's pain has escalated out of control since the police seized
his home grown garden of medical marijuana.
It was his garden of medicine.
